TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY, INC. has a firm policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of information that we collect from our customers and clients. We do not share your non-public personal information with unaffiliated third parties. Information is only shared with your consent except for the specific purposes below, in accordance with all applicable laws. Please read this policy carefully. It gives you important information about how we handle your personal information.

• Passport Copies or valid Id’s stating your Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Citizenship.

Necessary penalty charges may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking.
Name changes are strictly prohibited. TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY. is not responsible for incorrect passenger information (Name, Title, Age, Date of Birth and Passport Details) provided by the person who made the reservation.
Confirmed reservations are non-transferable. Change to another name and/or destination is not permitted.
Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitute as an amendment to a tour:
• Changing departure date
• Changing pick up time or location
• Changing tour
• Changing guest name
•Changing itinerary
• Removing / Replacing a guest
• Adding / Replacing a guest
Any purchases made through RILOPA ONLINE TRAVEL EXPRESS, INC. are generally non-refundable once booked and confirmed, unless otherwise provided herein. Following are the procedures for cancellation and refund:
• Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be given a Full Travel Fund without Expiration or may choose a Tour Package as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
• Please note that the tour package substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original tour package and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
• Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.
• Down payment is non-refundable once ticketed. Bookings are non-transferable but re-bookable subject to fees and penalties.
• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
• Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
• Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
No refunds will be provided by TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY for portions of trips missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure fight or flight connection.
In the event of natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, leading to cancellation of trips into the preferred destination, guests may not be entitled to a refund but may be able to move their booking to a later date depending on Hotel/Pension/Resort room availability. TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY ’s only responsibility will be is to try to rebook the same reservation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.
In the event of any involuntary and airline-initiated flight delay or suspension, or cancellation of flights into the preferred destination, TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY ’s obligation is to notify the customer of the said information within twenty-four (24) hours from the occurrence thereof and extend its earnest efforts to address the customer’s concerns and further resolve their inconveniences.
TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCYshall communicate with the third-party suppliers/vendors of services for the resolution of the situations. Subject to the discretion of the Customer, TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY shall process the rebooking or cancellation of tickets or reservations and/or refund of the amount paid as the case may be. TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY shall provide its best reasonable efforts to remedy the situation in such a manner that would uphold the continuity of the services availed of by the customer.
For air-inclusive packages, TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY will try to confirm air schedules for the selected new dates in case of rebooking, subject to availability. For voluntary flight and/or hotel rebooking, cancellation or refund, TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY shall act upon the remedy of such immediately within twenty-four (24) hours from the receipt of CUSTOMER’s notice subject to airline ticket restrictions and hotel’s terms and conditions.
TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY
We reserve the right to cancel bookings without prior notice when full balance is not paid by the given deadline.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour. Supplier’s terms & conditions apply.
In the event of improper behavior or misconduct that compromises the safety of passengers, We reserve the right to remove individuals from the tour. Participation may be forfeited without entitlement to a refund or compensation.
As earlier stated, Refunds will usually take fifteen (15) business days depending on the approval of the Accounting and Finance Department, Head of Operations and CEO of the Company.
Cancellation Policy applies on the reservation. Please know that RILOPA ONLINE TRAVEL EXPRESS, INC. will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

• Please note that the above Cancellation Policy is for LAND ARRANGEMENT Only. Ticket is excluded since it is Confirmed.
• Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date of your cancellation notice.
• If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 15 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and we will not offer a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with RILOPA ONLINE TRAVEL EXPRESS, INC., not with tour providers.
• In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or checks will be refunded via bank deposit or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Payment Terms
1. Countries Requiring Visa: Full payment is due 45 days prior to the flight. Please note that if yourvisaispending or in process, rates may change as we proceed with a book-and-buy basis policy. Ouragents/managers will inform clients of any changes.
2. Countries Not Requiring Visa: Full payment is due 45 days prior to the flight.
3. Down Payment Amount: Strictly follow the required down payment amount specified by our travel agents.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
4. Failure to Comply: Failure to adhere to these terms will result in forfeiture of the package andsubjecttorecomputation. By booking group blockings under Cebu Pacific, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, andagreed to these terms and conditions.
● MINIMUM OF 30 PASSENGERS TO RUN THIS PROGRAM.
● Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable down payment per pax upon booking but convertible to travel fund (Depends on the reason and upon agency approval)
● Deposit is required to secure your slot for airline tickets.
● Upon Visa Approval, full payment is required before agency will release the passport.
● All given flight details, hotel and itineraries are for visa or reference only unless finalized.
● If the group fall below 30 pax, either of us shall have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
-These are the following options: Convert the down payment to Full Travel Fund, Change the date, Change the itinerary, Change rate or cash refund within 6 months installment.
-Upon agreement between the Customer and the Tour Operator, we may still run the program even the minimum number of participants is not met, subject to revisions on flights/hotel accommodations or inclusions etc. *(Except for lockdown, wars, or medical reasons, Admin fee may apply)
For solo travelers, a cash bond of 50,000 for short haul flights and 100,000.00 for long haul flights per pax is required. This is REFUNDABLE A DAY AFTER ARRIVAL IN MANILA. If the customer declined, his/her
● passport must be surrendered to the tour leader/guide upon arrival on the destination. You may clarify this to our Travel Agents.
● For Europe tours under Group Blockings, clients are not allowed to extend their stay since tickets are booked as a group. Also, choosing of preferred airline is not allowed. If you insist to change the airline or extend your stay, rates is still subject to change.
● For all visa countries, customers with denied visa down payment is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-rebookable.
Reminders: For Europe Tour Only | BOOK and BUY
1. Down Payment is required to secure the seats on the ticket and Land Arrangements.
2. Upon payment, customer agrees that down payment is non-transferable, non-refundable, non rebookable because our operator charged our company account automatically.
3. Europe Tour Guarantee Departure: Our Europe tour is a guaranteed departure. Once you've paid the down payment, you acknowledge that:
- The tour/departure is confirmed as scheduled, regardless of the number of participants (minimum of 2 pax).
- You will be joined by other guests upon arrival at the destination.
By paying the down payment, you understand and agree to these terms, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable Europe tour experience.
CUSTOMER may terminate this agreement by giving TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY a written notice at least one month prior and will be liable for all work fees incurred up to that time.
In the event that TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY or its employees, agents or subcontractors violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including the Schedules or Attachments thereto, or fails to perform the agreed upon Services and the same has not been remedied immediately within the aforementioned periods from breach, the CUSTOMER shall have the right to terminate agreement and no further obligation or liability other than for payment of any Services that have, to that date, been performed by TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY For its failure to deliver or perform the service, TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY shall refund CUSTOMER the full amount paid under the applicable purchase within seven
(7) days from receipt of written demand.
TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY may terminate the agreement if the CUSTOMER violates any provisions of this Agreement.
The TOURSONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY shall use its best efforts to make available to the CUSTOMER the affordable and quality fares and tour packages available for all arrangements requested by the CUSTOMER employees, and ensure reasonable communication with the CUSTOMER in relation thereto from time to time.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
